By accessing or using VetriPath (vetripath.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. About VetriPath

VetriPath is a partnership firm registered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We operate an e-learning platform for government exam preparation, including SSC, TNPSC, Banking, and other competitive exams.

3. Account Rules

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One account per person. Sharing account access is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Course Purchase & Access

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• This is a digital product. No physical shipping is involved. Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• Timed license: Access is valid for the duration specified on the course page at the time of purchase.
• Lifetime license: Access is provided for as long as VetriPath operates and the course remains available. If VetriPath ceases operations, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice and make downloadable materials available where possible.

5. Content Protection

All videos, PDFs, study materials, and other content on VetriPath are the copyrighted intellectual property of VetriPath. All rights are reserved.

You agree NOT to:

• Download, record, or screenshot course videos or materials.
• Use screen recording software or browser extensions to capture content.
• Share your account credentials with anyone.
• Share video URLs or course access links with others.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any course content.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use the platform for personal learning purposes only.
• Do not use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Do not attempt to tamper with platform security, APIs, or access controls.
• Do not impersonate other users or VetriPath staff.

7. Refund & Cancellation

Our refund and cancellation policy is available at vetripath.in/refund-policy. Please read it before making a purchase.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact us first via email at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 15 days. If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may pursue legal remedies as described in the Governing Law section below.

9. Limitation of Liability

• VetriPath provides educational content on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific exam results, government job selection, or any particular outcome.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party services.
• Our maximum liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

10. Disclaimer

Our course content is supplementary study material designed to aid your exam preparation. Exam patterns, syllabus, eligibility criteria, and government policies may change at any time. We update our content on a best-effort basis but cannot guarantee that it reflects the latest changes at all times.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to the use of VetriPath shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
