Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

VetriPath offers conditional refunds on course purchases. This policy applies to all purchases made on vetripath.in.

VetriPath is a digital product. No physical shipping is involved. Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
• You have watched less than 25% of the course videos.
• The request is submitted via email with your order ID.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Request made after 7 days of purchase.
• More than 25% of the course videos have been watched.
• Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Use (content sharing, piracy, etc.).
• A technical issue was reported and subsequently resolved by our team.
• Free courses or courses purchased with a 100% discount.

Exception: Duplicate purchases (same course purchased twice by the same account) are always eligible for a refund, regardless of the conditions above.

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include the following in your email:
   • Your registered email address
   • Order ID (from your purchase receipt)
   • Reason for the refund
3. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days via Razorpay. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Refund requests are either approved in full or declined.

6. Technical Issues Exception

If you are unable to access purchased course content due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your initial report to us, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of the conditions in Section 2.

7. Cancellation

You may stop using the platform at any time. Cancellation of use does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the conditions described above.

8. GST on Refunds

All course prices on VetriPath are inclusive of GST. When a refund is approved, the full purchase amount — including the GST component — is refunded to you.
